Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, permanent
Holiday: 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 5 days)

What You’ll Do & Learn:
- Support senior advisors with new business client meetings, research, and financial planning tasks
- Respond to enquiries, provide client introduction questionnaires and onboard new clients
- Learn how to assess client needs and provide tailored independent financial guidance
- Work towards industry‑recognised qualifications (e.g., Certificate in Financial Services Level 3) with full study support
- Progress to Trainee Independent Financial Adviser following completion of level 3, leading to Level 4 UK qualified Independent Financial Adviser Status (2‑/3‑year qualification programme) where you’ll achieve the Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA®)
- Build long‑term relationships with clients, helping them plan for a secure financial future
- Gain hands‑on experience across pensions, investments, protection, and wealth management
- Understand financial markets, systems and regulations
- Acquire practical skills in systems, processes and compliance
