Working closely with Partners, Senior Managers and the internal recruitment team, you’ll take real ownership from day one in delivering a professional, engaging recruitment service and an outstanding candidate experience.</p> <h2>Your Responsibilities Will Include</h2> <ul> <li>Crafting engaging job adverts and job descriptions that attract top talent</li> <li>Managing roles across our ATS, careers site, job boards and Linked In</li> <li>Sourcing and screening CVs to find the best candidates</li> <li>Conducting first-stage telephone interviews</li> <li>Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates informed throughout</li> <li>Creating an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint</li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <p>We’re looking for someone proactive, organised and ready to make an impact.
