About The Client Manager Role

We have an exciting role for a Client Manager in our Norwich office.
As a Client Manager you will manage a portfolio of mixed clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be reviewing and reporting on account performance, undertaking regular client visits and promoting positive client engagement.
Key Responsibilities Of a Client Manager Will Include
- Support and grow the account and the client base and seek business development opportunities across the multi service lines TC Group offers and provide services to best serve the clients.
- Actively manage the portfolio, including WIP management and debtor management to ensure lock up and other KPI’s are met, ensuring client deadlines are met.
- Assist in the management of the office, managing your own team.
- Continually network to win new business.
About You
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience, with significant demonstrable experience within an accountancy practice background.
- Good standard of accounting and tax knowledge.
- Previous experience of developing and growing client accounts is advantageous.
- Personable with excellent communication skills and able to develop strong client & team relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office / highly PC literate, along with sound accounting system knowledge. Iris software experience would be beneficial.
- Extremely organised and flexible, with a positive, solutions-based perspective.
- Open to developing team methods and skills.
- Flexible and able to travel to other regional offices.
