Glasgow Administration

Part time Permanent

Salary – £17,500 (pro-rata’d)

Hours – Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week

General duties include:

  • Document printing and scanning
  • Generating letters and other correspondence
  • Diary management
  • Collating and updating records
  • First point of contact for office supplies, third party providers and other external services
  • Ensuring that the weekly/monthly tasks are carried out efficiently
  • Assisting with the Firm’s CRM Data Input – where appropriate
  • Processing confidential and sensitive data
  • Liaising with IT and telecoms providers
  • Assisting with projects and ad-hoc tasks – as required

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience within a similar client facing administrative role
  • Excellent IT Skills and experience of using Microsoft Office 365 – SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint - are essential
  • Highly personable with exceptional communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Comfortable speaking to a variety of clients
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
