We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our centrally located Bournemouth office. This full‑time, permanent position offers the chance to develop administrative and operational skills within a professional services firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting onboarding of new clients
- Assisting with anti‑money‑laundering and compliance checks
- Arranging client meetings and coordinating diaries
- Supporting company secretarial and administrative tasks
- Supporting operational teams in client interactions
- General administrative and data handling duties
About You
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 4–9, including English and Maths
- Previous experience in an administrative role would be beneficial
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Strong organisation and ability to manage competing tasks
