Key Responsibilities Of An Accountant Will Include managing, supporting, and training an international team in providing accounting support to clients within the group preparing and finalising year end accounts and corporation tax returns for limited companies, partnerships, sole-traders and LLPs reviewing bookkeeping, management accounts and VAT returns delivering excellent client service involvement with workflow implementation and management assisting with driving technological solutions in accounting throughout the office About You – We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: qualified accountant (CAI/ACCA/ICAEW) minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience working within an accountancy practice excellent written and verbal communication skills strong experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook great attention to detail along with strong organisational skills pro-active, self-starter, with a positive attitude previous experience of CCH, Quickbooks, Xero and Sage would be advantageous knowledge of payroll advantageous leadership qualities and experience Full benefits available for the Accountant – pension scheme group life assurance x 4 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 5 days) flexible hybrid working car parking access to our employee benefits portal – cashback and vouchers on everyday purchases employee Assistance Programme employee Referral Bonus – we’re always looking for talented individuals to join our team regular training and development – continuous development and support not only for your professional qualifications but also for your personal goals and aspirations About Us TC Group is growing and changing at quite a pace!
