We are a growing, ambitious accountancy practice seeking to appoint a

Corporate Finance Manager to develop our corporate finance offering.

  • This is a high-impact role in a lean business, working directly with the partners to:
  • Build a scalable corporate finance function
  • Deliver high-quality advisory work across the full deal lifecycle
  • Drive fee growth and originate new opportunities

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s future, with a clear route to leadership .

Key Responsibilities

1. Deal Execution & Technical Delivery

Manage corporate finance engagements across

  • Business disposals (trade sales, exit planning)
  • Acquisitions and buy-side advisory
  • Management buyouts (MBOs) and Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs)
  • Financial due diligence (vendor and buy-side)
  • Business valuations and strategic option reviews
  • Debt and equity fundraising

Work will typically involve

  • Financial modelling and valuation analysis
  • Preparation of Information Memoranda and reports
  • Managing data rooms and due diligence processes
  • Liaising with clients, banks, lawyers, and other stakeholders
  • Identifying key risks, value drivers, and deal adjustments

  • Act as day-to-day lead adviser on transactions
