Hours - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, permanent.

Holiday – 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 5 days).

We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Financial Advisor to join our growing team and take the first step toward becoming a fully qualified professional in the industry. The role is an excellent opportunity to grow your career and progress to taking over the client bank. We’re looking for candidates to start in September 2026.

What You’ll Do & Learn

  • Support senior advisors with new business client meetings, research, and financial planning tasks.
  • Respond to enquiries, provide client introduction questionnaires and onboarding new clients.
  • Learn how to assess client needs and provide tailored independent financial guidance.
  • Work towards industry-recognised qualifications (e.g. Certificate in Financial Services Level 3) with full study support.
  • Progression to Trainee Independent Financial Adviser following completion of level 3, leading to level 4 UK Qualified Independent Financial Adviser Status (2 / 3 year qualification programme) where you’ll achieve the Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA®).
  • Build long‑term relationships with clients, helping them plan for a secure financial future.
  • Gain hands‑on experience across pensions, investments, protection, and wealth management.
  • Understanding financial markets, systems and regulations.
  • Practical skills in systems, processes and compliance.
