We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our award-winning service charge team in Milton Keynes – our TC SEM offices were recently recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 and are the UK’s largest residential service charge specialist practice. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Senior Accountant looking to take the next step into management or an existing Assistant Manager seeking broader responsibility and a clear progression path to Manager level.

Working closely with Managers and Partners, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality client service, overseeing the preparation and review of service charge accounts and factual findings assignments, and helping to develop and coach junior members of the team. You’ll gain increasing exposure to people management, client relationship management and operational responsibilities as you progress towards Manager level. About you

  • Strong accounting background with experience reviewing work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively
  • Highly organised with a methodical approach to workload management
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Service charge accounting knowledge (desirable)
  • Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop
