The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with hybrid working after successful completion of probation. Ideally full‑time but could consider part‑time hours over 5 days.
Holiday: 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), increasing by one day per year of service up to a maximum of 2 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- New client onboarding through systemised due diligence and ID checks.
- Take ownership of the Business’ Company Secretarial function, ensuring filings are completed in accordance with deadlines.
- Client liaison by telephone, e‑mail and via our secure document portal.
- Issuing compliance documents to clients and managing the return of signed documents.
- Filing of documents at Companies House.
- Managing incoming calls to the office as required.
- Raising fees to clients and managing any fee issues through to resolution.
- Provision of proactive support to clients and colleagues relating to all administrative matters to support the smooth running of the Business.
- Undertake training with colleagues as required to support with Business activities.
- Building strong and trusted client relationships, managing expectations accordingly and escalating queries where required.
- Provide absence and holiday cover for colleagues as required.
Qualifications:
- Ideally professional services experience in accountancy or other professional setting, in either a fee‑earning or support role.
- Enjoys a varied and challenging role covering a wide range of tasks.
- Adopts a hands‑on approach to support the team.
- Keenness for learning and development.
- Effective time management, organisation and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure to deadlines.
- IT proficient (Microsoft Suite and accounting software packages would be an advantage but not essential).
- Continual improvement through review and implementation of best practice.
