We're looking for a TC Digital LABS Coordinator to join the LABS Innovation group within our Digital, Data Technology team.

TC Digital LABS is the way that TC manages technology, automation and AI-led change across the Group.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to live digital transformation and AI initiatives, develop sought-after skills, and build a career pathway into future roles across AI, product management, digital delivery, data, project management and transformation.

About the Role As our Digital LABS Coordinator, you'll sit at the heart of TC Group's innovation programme, helping to coordinate multiple digital and AI initiatives that are driving change across the business.

With around 20 concurrent projects moving at pace, you'll play a key role in ensuring ideas progress smoothly from concept through to delivery.

We're looking for candidates to work from our Fareham office and we offer hybrid working.
