About The Accountant’s Senior Role
We are TC Group, the fastest-growing top 20 accountancy firm in the UK. We’re business advisors and accountants, with over 30 years of experience we’ve honed our skills and developed our service offering to deliver a much wider range of bespoke support and advice to ambitious business owners and their businesses. We are looking for an Accountants Senior to join the team at our Gorleston Office. As an Accountants Senior, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding client service while ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of assignments. The role includes overseeing the preparation of financial accounts for a variety of clients.
Key responsibilities of a Senior Accountant:
- Working closely with our management team
- Managing a portfolio of clients, including meeting all associated deadlines
- Prepare and review accounts, tax returns, VAT returns, etc to a high standard
- Cloud accounting and onboarding
- Responding to client queries and building relationships
About You
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- ACCA part qualified or finalist (newly qualified considered)
- Previous experience within an accountancy practice is essential
- IT skills: MS Office essential, Xero, QuickBooks Online, IRIS desirable
- Strong work ethic, driven, seeking career progression, good team player
- Good organisation skills and integrity
