About the Trainee Accountant role

We have an exciting opportunity for graduates to join the team at our Glasgow office to start July 2026! You will be working towards an internationally recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA) and you'll gain valuable on-the-job experience with a highly respected accountancy firm. We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals who are currently in their final year at university or recent graduates with a relevant degree to join our vibrant audit team. We are offering a full-time three‑year training contract which will give you experience in accounting, auditing and analytics; the skills you'll need for a successful career in accountancy.
About you
- Recently graduated from university or due to graduate in 2026 with an accountancy or finance related degree
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- Able to reliably commute to the relevant office

Selection Process
We will shortlist candidates based on the appropriateness of their CV and Q&A. We will ask the shortlisted candidates to complete an online aptitude test; this will be sent via Canditech – our aptitude testing platform. During the aptitude test, we will ask the candidates to record a couple of video‑based questions and, in addition, to film a 3‑minute presentation on a given topic. Successful applicants will then be invited to an in‑person interview with our Staff Partner and Senior Audit Manager.
