Salary - £17,500 (pro-rata'd)
Hours - Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week • Mon & Wed - AM Start • Tue & Thu - PM Start • Fri - AM/PM - interchanging
Holiday - 31 days annual leave pro rata, increasing by one day per each year of service, after 5 years of continuous service (to a maximum of 5 days)

About the Business Support Assistant role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our Business Support team in the Glasgow office! We are looking for a communicative and hardworking individual with experience in an administrative and/or receptionist role. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office 365, confident to be the first point of contact for clients and will be diligent and accurate with all tasks.

Key responsibilities of a Business Support Assistant will include:

  • Supporting the Business Support Team in providing support to the wider team at TC Alexander Sloan
  • Being the first point of contact for clients, both at reception and by telephone
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing mail and arranging courier services, where required
  • Handling main office e-mail and directing telephone enquiries
  • Data entry and system updates - e.g., Glide; CCH etc
  • General duties such as document printing and scanning, generating letters and other correspondence, diary management, collating and...
