Hours – Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexible, hybrid working.

Holiday – 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day for each year of service (up to a maximum of 5 days).

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Marketing Manager in the Newcastle area to develop and deliver locally focused marketing activity and implement central marketing initiatives that support the Group’s growth, brand positioning, relationship building and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and deliver locally relevant content, including blogs, case studies, and client‑facing documents.
  • Develop and distribute local newsletters and email campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain local office webpages, including team photos and updates.
  • Plan and deliver local events (both in‑person and webinars).
  • Provide guidance to local offices on enhancing their Instagram content and aligning it with brand standards.
  • Support fee earners with the creation of pitch decks and presentations.
  • Identify and attend local networking opportunities where appropriate.
  • Support the adoption and effective use of FibreCRM at the local office level.
  • Share centrally developed service line and sector campaigns locally.
  • Align local content creation with SEO recommendations provided by the Central team.
  • Disseminate thought leadership content across local offices and champion engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Central Marketing team on the development and rollout of local marketing playbooks.

Travel & Work Location Requirements

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days per week working from an office, primarily based at one of the Newcastle office locations. The successful candidate will also be expected to travel to other offices within their regional remit on a regular basis, visiting at least two additional offices per month alongside the Newcastle base location.

Offices within scope of the role include:

  • Gateshead (x2 locations)
  • Consett
  • Hexham
  • Edinburgh
  • Glasgow
  • Dundee

Travel to offices outside of Newcastle will be required as part of the role, and reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed in line with company policy.

About You

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • 3–4 years’ marketing experience, with a strong track record in planning and delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Experience delivering locally focused marketing initiatives across multiple sites.
  • Proven experience collaborating with external partners and managing stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and copywriting skills.
  • Confident using marketing tools such as Campaign Monitor, WordPress, and Canva.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the professional services sector is preferable.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to office locations within designated regions.
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential; not all offices are easily accessible via public transport.
