We're looking for a People & Culture Adviser to join our growing central team in Fareham.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR advisory experience who is ready to broaden their knowledge and take ownership of a varied employee relations caseload.

You'll work closely with managers and Partners across our multi-office business, providing practical, commercially focused advice and helping drive positive people outcomes.

You'll gain exposure to a wide range of areas including performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters, data subject access requests, employee engagement initiatives and wider People & Culture projects.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing clear, practical People & Culture advice to managers and Partners.
  • Supporting performance, absence and attendance management cases.
  • Managing employee relations matters including disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Preparing and reviewing meeting correspondence, documentation and outcome letters.
  • Coaching managers through people issues and promoting early intervention.
  • Supporting DSAR and ensuring compliance with required timescales.
  • Analysing people data, survey feedback and trends to provide meaningful insights.
  • Conducting exit interviews and identifying key themes.
  • Supporting policy development, people projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Providing guidance and quality checking support to People & Culture Assistants.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an HR / People & Culture advisory role.
  • Practical experience supporting employee relations matters.
  • Good working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience drafting professional employee correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A customer-focused, collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (or equivalent experience) with Level 5 study welcomed.
  • Experience within a professional services or multi-site environment would be advantageous.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent client service
