We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Internal Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career in recruitment.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a vital role in delivering a smooth, professional and engaging recruitment experience across the business. Working closely with Partners, Senior Managers and the internal recruitment team, you’ll take real ownership from day one in delivering a professional, engaging recruitment service and an outstanding candidate experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting engaging job adverts and job descriptions that attract top talent
- Managing roles across our ATS, careers site, job boards and LinkedIn
- Sourcing and screening CVs to find the best candidates
- Conducting first-stage telephone interviews
- Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates informed throughout
- Creating an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint

- Previous recruitment experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Experience of using an applicant tracking system and AI a bonus
