We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Internal Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career in recruitment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll play a vital role in delivering a smooth, professional and engaging recruitment experience across the business.
  • Working closely with Partners, Senior Managers and the internal recruitment team, you’ll take real ownership from day one in delivering a professional, engaging recruitment service and an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Crafting engaging job adverts and job descriptions that attract top talent
    • Managing roles across our ATS, careers site, job boards and LinkedIn
    • Sourcing and screening CVs to find the best candidates
    • Conducting first-stage telephone interviews
    • Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates informed throughout
    • Creating an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint
