Job Title: Site Manager – Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £37,200 per annum Contract: 9-Month Fixed Term Contract – Maternity Cover Expected Start: Mid February 2026 Hours: 40 per week Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days (including evenings & weekends) Role Overview TC Facilities Management are recruiting a Site Manager to support our soft services operation at a busy distribution centre in Milton Keynes. This is a field-based, operational leadership role covering a fixed-term contract (maternity cover), responsible for delivering high-quality facilities management services, driving performance and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities * Oversee delivery of FM services in line with SLAs, service charter and internal strategy * Act as the day-to-day point of contact between the customer and service providers * Monitor performance indicators and report on SLAs and KPIs * Manage on-site FM projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives * Track financial performance, ensuring services are delivered within budget * Lead colleague recruitment, induction, training and performance support * Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH and statutory requirements * Provide positive leadership, coaching teams and celebrating success About You * Proven operational leadership experience in facilities management or large-space cleaning environments (distribution centre experience desirable) TC Facilities Management * Strong commercial awareness with an ability to interpret data and meet KPIs TC Facilities Management * Excellent team management, development and performance coaching skills TC Facilities Management * Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills * Proactive, organised and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment What We Offer * Competitive salary of £37,200 per year * Fixed-term contract with a clear scope of responsibility * Opportunity to lead a high-profile operational site * Work within a supportive team and well-established FM company T About TCFM TC Facilities Management has been delivering professional facilities services for over 60 years and is ranked in the top 2% of UK cleaning and FM providers.
