Overview

TCFM is seeking a dedicated Senior Supervisor to lead an onsite cleaning team at a busy distribution centre in Doncaster. This is a permanent role offering ÂŁ14.45 per hour, working Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 17:00.

Your Role

As a Senior Supervisor, you will:

* Supervise a team of multi-service operatives to ensure cleaning and waste duties are delivered on schedule, to specification, and within budget—aiming for high audit performance (“green audits”).

* Foster positive relationships with our customers, ensuring their expectations are met while adhering to defined specifications.

* Support the Site Manager by completing audits accurately and on time, resolving any issues as needed.

* Handle all required documentation promptly and precisely, including sign-offs for completed tasks.

* Maintain and ensure availability of cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring safe and proper usage.

* Oversee periodical cleans and decontamination as required, ensuring they meet specifications and receive customer sign-off.

* Ensure colleagues are correctly uniformed and represent the TCFM brand professionally.

* Manage shift handovers, including handover logs and confirming colleague attendance.

* Conduct return-to-work interviews and manage first-stage HR and employee relations matters, in line with TCFM policies and with support from HR, always respecting diversity.

* Assist with recruiting multi-service colleagues, respecting TCFM’s recruitment standards and protocols.

* Support the Site Manager in ensuring colleagues are paid accurately and on time, following time and pay process requirements.

* Lead inductions and training: ensuring colleagues understand their role, TCFM values, policies, procedures, and health & safety/COSHH guidance.

* Adhere to all TCFM policies and procedures, and attend meetings and training as required.

* Report health & safety incidents or concerns promptly and accurately.
