About The Role

Location: TCFM SOC (Tadworth, Surrey)

Rota/hours: Saturdays & Sundays 07:00 until 19:00. Opportunities for overtime and mobile shifts are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate the TCFM values at all times (Respect, Care, Initiative, and Expertise).
  • Provide 24/7/365 response to incidents, accidents, and emergencies for TCFM colleagues, customers, stakeholders, the public, and emergency services.
  • Follow assignment instructions, risk assessments, and relevant customer policies consistently.
  • Execute security processes efficiently to support operations, resolving issues in "One Touch".
  • Build confidence with customers and colleagues through effective decision-making, communication, customer service, and professional standards.
  • Resolve colleague and customer queries promptly, minimizing escalations and complaints.
  • Plan and schedule security resources to meet customer needs.
  • Centralize administrative processes to improve operational efficiency (e.g., SIA/Uniform/Holiday/Pay queries).
  • Utilize monitoring, analytics, and intelligence to identify risks and support decision-making.
  • Provide regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) internally and to customers to monitor security performance.
  • Act as the SME for security systems, applications, and software.
  • Collaborate with service partners to meet operational requirements aligned with TFCM strategy.
  • Deploy resources effectively, managing all customer requirements, including unplanned gaps, and coordinate colleagues' shifts.
  • Manage service partner resources and execute relevant financial and compliance processes, seeking authorization as needed.
  • Maintain the integrity of security systems and applications, ensuring consistency across TCFM.
  • Ensure security colleagues hold appropriate SIA licensing and accreditation; facilitate training and support.
  • Process holidays efficiently without compromising site or customer expectations.
  • Generate and analyze management information, reports, and intelligence to optimize resource use and mitigate risks.
  • Review and update assignment instructions, risk assessments, and operational processes to ensure safety and security.

Experience / Skills & Qualifications:

  • SIA license – Security Guard/DS
  • SIA license – CCTV
  • Proficiency with IT systems at SME level
  • Full UK driving license
