TC Facilities Management is urgently recruiting for a Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team of cleaners at a busy motorway service station. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for supervising and working alongside a team of five cleaners to ensure consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all customer areas, including public toilets and shower facilities. You will work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily cleaning tasks, provide on-the-job training, and be the first point of contact for any site cleaning issues.
Shifts: 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7, 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Pay: £14.27 per hour
What You Will Need:
- Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to lead by example
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Own vehicle – due to the location, there is no public transport access
