About The Role

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a full-time site manager to join our expanding team at a leading Facilities Management company working with a prestigious client.

Location: Rugby, CV23

Shifts: 37 hours per week, 5 days over 7 on rota

Payrate: £14.50 per hour (Overtime available, calculated hourly)

This full-time role involves working 37 hours across a 5 out of 7 pattern, including evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential for success in this position.

About You

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations at motorway services, ensuring smooth running and high-quality customer service.
  • Act as the main contact between the client, service providers, and the site team for effective communication.
  • Monitor and report on service standards and KPIs, aligning with internal and client expectations.
  • Support initiatives for continuous improvement in service delivery, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and other regulations, including staff training.
  • Promote a positive work environment, supporting and engaging team members.
  • Address employee relations issues collaboratively with HR to maintain professionalism.
  • Respond promptly to customer concerns, service issues, or emergencies.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and service providers for smooth operations.
  • Lead by example, coaching and supporting the team to achieve goals.
  • Adapt to changing needs and overcome obstacles to maintain high standards.
  • Share best practices and support continuous team improvement.
