About The Role
Do you have great attention to detail? Enjoy the great outdoors? Do you like working to a high standard with great attention to detail? Do you like to take the lead and get the job done? We are looking for a groundskeeper for our client site. There will be lots to keep you busy!
- You will be delivering the grounds work across the year with the control to make decisions on the seasonal conditions and requirement.
- You will be making sure the grass and lawns are spot on and mown and trimmed as needed.
- You will look after all the pruning keeping the trees and hedges ship shape.
- You will have responsibility of arranging sub-contractors as needed, so you need to be comfortable with that and using Microsoft office in the management of this.
- You will be responsible for the maintenance of the pesticide and chemical logs and carrying out any spraying required.
- You will collect the leaves and carry out any snow clearance and gritting as needed in the winter months.
Role Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of plants and ground maintenance.
- Thorough knowledge of gardening tool and equipment use and maintenance.
- Pesticide spraying qualification.
- Driving Licence.
