TC Facilities Management are recruiting for an Area Manager to join our team, working across multiple locations throughout Scotland, predominantly between Glasgow and Edinburgh areas. The successful candidate will be expected to manage the day to day operations for multiple accounts and all aspects involved such as recruitment, auditing, building client relationships, managing the teams on site etc.
What will you be doing?
- Carry out structured site visits that ensure specifications are being met and customer expectations are managed, building an honest and open working relationship with the customer.
- Ensure effective team-working through structured meetings.
- Coach and develop all direct reports to deliver brilliant service ensuring all understand their responsibilities.
- Manage, deliver and review weekly hours budget, business measures, and KPI data.
- Review audits and take necessary actions to improve if required.
- Complete and upload any audits in accordance with company policy.
- Complete and submit all necessary paperwork accurately and ensure sign-offs where required.
- Ensure the on-site teams have sufficient working equipment, machinery, and products.
- Provide support within the region as required.
- Manage the training and development for all staff within your region.
- Recruit internal and external talent for onsite positions.
- Ensure colleagues are trained in and adhere to all required compliance.
- Adhere to all company processes, policies and procedures.
