Area Cleaning Supervisor – South West London
Salary: £30,000 per annum + Company Vehicle + Free Gym Membership
Areas Covered: Epsom, Kingston & New Malden
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days, including weekends)
Reporting to: Account Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Area Cleaning Supervisor to join our team supporting a new and exciting leisure contract across multiple sites in South West London.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of ensuring cleaning standards are consistently delivered to a high level, supporting on-site teams and maintaining strong working relationships with both colleagues and clients. You’ll be responsible for coordinating staff, monitoring quality, and ensuring services run smoothly and safely across your area.
This is a mobile role and comes with a company vehicle and free gym membership as part of your benefits package.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across a group of 5 leisure sites

Lead, support, and motivate cleaning teams to meet agreed standards and performance targets

Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and general people management within your area

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH and company procedures at all times
*
Maintain regular communication with site teams and management to address operational needs
*
Monitor performance and quality, identifying ways to improve efficiency and service delivery
*
Carry out regular audits and site inspections to maintain high standards and statutory compliance
*
Act as the key link between site teams and the Account Manager, ensuring smooth coordination
*
Support new site mobilisations and assist with any changes or improvements to the contract
*
Ensure all team members are fully trained, including in Health & Safety and site procedures
