TC Facilities Management (TCFM) is looking for an experienced Health and Safety professional to lead our H&S agenda across 3,500+ colleagues and 1,500 sites nationwide. Reporting to the Group QHSE Manager, you'll shape policy, guide operational teams, and own ISO 45001 compliance, all while driving a positive safety culture.
What you'll be doing:
- Set, maintain, and improve H&S and fire-safety standards in line with ISO 45001 and current UK legislation.
- Deliver internal audits, risk assessments, COSHH reviews, accident investigations, and RIDDOR reporting.
- Track safety metrics, identify trends, and share insights with senior leadership.
- Lead Corrective Action Meetings and coach managers on best practice.
- Act as primary contact for the HSE and other regulatory bodies.
- Support contract mobilisations/demobilisations and national projects.
What we're looking for:
- NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely (minimum).
- Proven track record in multi-site H&S management (ideally FM, cleaning, or security).
- Working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 frameworks.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Confident communicator able to influence at all levels and travel UK-wide.
