TC Facilities Management is recruiting a hands-on Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small cleaning team at a busy motorway service station. This is a front-line role where you'll supervise the team while actively cleaning alongside them, helping to maintain high hygiene and presentation standards across all customer areas.
Location & Hours
- Own transport required; motorway location with no public transport access
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7
- Shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm and 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Includes weekends and Bank Holidays
Pay: £14.27 per hour
Start: Immediate start available
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for supervising a team of around five cleaners, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness in a high-footfall, customer-facing environment. This includes public areas, toilets, and shower facilities. Working closely with the Area Manager, you’ll support day-to-day operations, train team members on-site, and act as the first point of contact for any cleaning-related issues.
