About The Role
Site location: Basingstoke, RG22 6PG
Shifts:
- All shifts are 12 hours, 06:00 - 18:00.
- Weekly pattern as follows:
- Week 1, Monday to Saturday - 72 hours
- Week 2, Wednesday to Saturday - 48 hours
- Week 3, Monday to Wednesday - 36 hours

We are looking to recruit an experienced Security Manager.
What will you be doing?
- Ensuring the team are kept up to date with events and important information
- Responsible for scheduling the rota
- Responsible for the team's holidays
- Attending and contributing to monthly meetings with the client at Security Account Manager
- Attending and contributing to quarterly tenant meetings
- Creating and downloading monthly and quarterly incident analytic reports for the client
- Managing customer complaints
- Liaising and working with the local police by downloading and providing CCTV evidence of any incidents on site
- Conduct patrols of the leisure park
- Monitor and manage Incident Report Management system
- Ensure Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments are always kept up to date
- Monitor contractors on site
- Communicate and maintain relationships with all tenants on site
About You
You will need a valid SIA license for this role and a CCTV License.
