An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Cleaning Manager to join our growing team within a leading Facilities Management company, working with a prestigious health & fitness centre in Epsom.
Location: Epsom, KT19 8PL
Hours: 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 (shift times to be discussed at interview)
Pay rate: £14.50 per hour (equivalent to £30160 per annum salary)
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, customer-facing gym environment where flexibility, organisation and strong people skills are essential. You will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning and service standards while leading and motivating your team to deliver an outstanding experience for members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations across the health & fitness centre, ensuring the site runs smoothly and consistently meets high standards.
- Act as the main point of contact between the customer, service partners and your on-site team, ensuring clear communication at all times.
- Monitor and report on service delivery, performance and KPIs, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all health, safety and compliance requirements are met, including training colleagues in relevant policies and procedures.
- Create a positive working environment by training, supporting and engaging your team.
- Manage day-to-day colleague relations, working closely with HR when required.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback, service issues or emergencies.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and service providers.
- Lead by example, coaching your team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Adapt to changing demands within a busy gym environment, maintaining consistently high standards.
- Promote best practice and share knowledge to support continuous improvement.
