About The Role

TC Facilities Management is recruiting a reliable Cleaner to join our team at a motorway services site at Junction 10 of the M40, near Bicester.

Important: This is a motorway location with no direct public transport access; you must have your own transport and be able to drive to the site.

Location & Hours: M40 Junction 10, Northampton Road, Ardley, Bicester, Oxfordshire OX27 7RD

Own transport essential

Hours: 35 hours per week

Shifts: Flexible shifts available

Pay: £13.70 per hour

This is a hands-on cleaning role supporting the day-to-day cleanliness and presentation of a busy motorway services site. You’ll be responsible for general cleaning across customer and staff areas, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
