Overview
TBWS Welding Supplies Ltd is a growing supplier of welding and industrial equipment. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in Camberley. This is a reactive, office-based role handling incoming customer enquiries – no cold calling or commission-based sales. You’ll provide product advice, process orders, and offer aftersales support such as troubleshooting equipment issues and arranging returns. Experience or interest in welding or industrial supplies would be a strong advantage, though full product training will be provided for the right candidate. You’ll play a key part in maintaining TBWS’s reputation for excellent service and technical knowledge.
What You’ll Do
- Advise customers on welding and industrial products by phone and email
- Process orders and invoices using Xero
- Provide technical and customer support, including returns
- Take payments and assist at our trade counter
