Manage the process of projects including resourcing with PMs, as well as submission processes. Drive and review plans to ensure work is delivered on time, and according to standard. Anticipate roadblocks and adjust timelines/plans accordingly with minimal supervision.

Business Acumen

Understand scoping of work, mapping of resource requirements and budgets. Implement work processes to ensure smooth executions and delivery of costed scope of work.

Client Management

Day-to-day client management, maintaining regular contact with the client to ensure communication flows effectively. Manage general internal and external communication amongst working team and clients. Clear understanding and decoding of client feedback and responses required. Understand strategic requirements to assist/provide support to strategy team from general to deep dive desktop research (e.g. competitive or industry landscape research, market nuances, audience insights). Possess general strategic understanding of overall campaign planning. Informed of what's happening in the client's industry/business. Basic understanding of social/digital platforms, channels, formats, and trends and how these can be developed as part of integrated campaigns.

Creative

Understand client and creative needs. Aware of and appreciate effective and bold creative work. Review basic creative work against clients ask to determine if brief has been met.

People Management

Find solutions to mid-level problems. Day-to-day team management on campaign delivery. Clear on professional code of conduct within the Agency regulations, policy and culture.

  • Knowledge and Experiences Required: 1-3 years' experience in the advertising industry. Understanding of the overall business operations, needs, challenges and objectives.
