Manage the process of projects including resourcing with PMs, as well as submission processes. Drive and review plans to ensure work is delivered on time, and according to standard. Anticipate roadblocks and adjust timelines/plans accordingly with minimal supervision.

  • Understand scoping of work, mapping of resource requirements and budgets.
  • Implement work processes to ensure smooth executions and delivery of costed scope of work.

Client Management

  • Day-to-day client management, maintaining regular contact with the client to ensure communication flows effectively.
  • Manage general internal and external communication amongst working team and clients.
  • Clear understanding and decoding of client feedback and responses required.

People Management

  • Find solutions to mid-level problems.
  • Day-to-day team management on campaign delivery.
