The opportunity:
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Designer to join a growing, award-winning, creative team with big ambitions. The primary focus is brand identity development but working on everything from print, digital and experiential. The Senior Designer will report into the Head of Design and will manage and mentor at least one direct report, ensuring your impact is felt across the team. Collaborating with talent across the agency as well as external partners and freelance resources, the Senior Designer will be responsible for driving the vision of their allocated brands, delivering an industry-leading design product each and every time.

We’re looking for someone who loves design, specifically brand design, and notices the little things in life. You have a relentless passion for ‘what good looks like’. You’ll know what makes a great brand and how to tell compelling stories to make it shine. You have a natural instinct and flair for making the ordinary look extraordinary, and you won’t settle until it’s right.
You’ll be a figurehead in the team, offering guidance and opinion. You’ll need to be diplomatic and brave, knowing when to listen and when to speak up. You won’t be afraid to say you don’t know, but you will then go and figure it out.

What we’ll need you to do:
- Turn brand strategies built on insights into visually stunning ideas
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Ensure a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns
- Generate original ideas and visual concepts that are on brand and future-facing
- Perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
- Partner with internal and external creative resources; film teams, animators, illustrators, copywriters
- Ideate storyboards and partner with 3D and motion teams to bring ideas to life
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
- Contribute to the development of direct reports/mentees, ensuring they thrive within the team
- Support and occasionally deputise for the Head of Design
- Contribute to building our agency culture
What you’re gonna need to bring:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with agency experience
- The ability to think creatively and solve design challenges
- A passion for creating award-winning work
- A digital-first mindset, with a love for typography, print, and everything in between
- An eye for detail, craftsmanship, and current trends
- A brand champion attitude
- A pitch mentality and the ability to develop persuasive rationales
- Confidence in presenting to senior clients
- A pragmatic mindset to critical feedback
- Masterful diplomacy for collaboration
- A process-driven approach to work
- Self-starter discipline
- Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience in delivering integrated 360º marketing campaigns
