We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Development Manager to lead the management and continuous improvement of our Products, including our new Enspirio SaaS platform. You will oversee and manage the team and foster Agile principles ensuring the success of Enspirio.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Platform Management: Oversee development, maintenance, and enhancement of Enspirio.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor platform performance, scalability, and security.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align development with business goals and the roadmap.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement enhancements and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication to align expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship and ensure best practices throughout the lifecycle.
  • Technology Advocacy: Identify and advocate for new technologies and tools.
  • Customer Feedback: Incorporate feedback to meet user needs.
  • Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of architecture and processes.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for development and maintenance.
  • Design Collaboration: Work closely with the architect on platform design.
  • Progress Reporting: Regularly report progress and KPIs to management.
  • Market Research: Research market trends to inform platform development and enhancements.
  • Product Roadmap: Own and manage the product roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
  • Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Azure DevOps.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in software development and coding.
  • Leadership: Excellent team management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with architects and technical leaders.
  • Customer Focus: Experience incorporating customer feedback.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong project management abilities.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Certification or experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
