You will line manage 1 colleague, supporting their development through coaching, leading by example and best in class sales processes.

The ideal candidate will have either account management/category experience gained in a Tesco-facing role, or a track record of success in the insights sales space. Experience in the fresh/frozen category would be an advantage.

The successful applicant would be expected to demonstrate:

  • Experience of using data to influence users and senior stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of the UK retail market and the current challenges/opportunities.
  • Resilient, with a positive mindset, driven to find a new path when the first is blocked.
