About the role

We are looking for a IT Project Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes for our clients.
This is more than project management—it’s about building trusted relationships, orchestrating delivery across multiple workstreams, and ensuring our enterprise customers receive world-class service and measurable results.
What you’ll do
- Own delivery: Lead end-to-end project and service delivery for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Be the bridge: Act as the primary liaison between C-level client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring clarity, transparency, and trust.
- Lead teams: Coordinate cross-functional global resources to align deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
- Drive outcomes: Monitor progress, identify risks early, and put effective mitigation in place.
- Shape solutions: Support pre-sales with delivery expertise during proposals, pitches, and client meetings.
- Engage directly: Travel to client sites for kick-offs, reviews, and stakeholder engagements (UK/US with other occasional international trips).
- Continuously improve: Refine delivery processes to boost efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
What we’re looking for
- Experience: 5+ years in project/account management in IT consulting, SaaS, or digital transformation.
- Enterprise exposure: Experience working with large-scale, complex, enterprise clients (FTSE100, Fortune 500, or equivalent).
- Communication: Outstanding client-facing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently at C-level.
- Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and resilient; thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of technology-driven delivery (SaaS, cloud, digital platforms).
- Methods & tools: Skilled in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies; comfortable with Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar.
- Qualifications: Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field favourable but not required. Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL) are a strong plus.
