Responsibilities

• Provide field service engineering and technical assistance to customers in areas of installation, startup, maintenance & repair, training, and modification of equipment.
• Provide technical solutions to customers that involve engineering research impacting equipment or product design, testing of materials, process studies, and economic impact analysis.
• Typically provides technical solutions to customers on moderately complex problems within a set of products or industries served. Participate on larger project teams and may also manage small project teams with narrow scope.
• Still acquiring higher level knowledge of products and processes but is able to research independently and only requires moderate levels of coaching and guidance.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years experience to be qualified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or engineering technology).
