Your responsibilities as General Operative
- Support production across multiple areas of the manufacturing process
- Operate machinery such as grinders, mixers, and blenders following training
- Help maintain production flow to meet daily output targets
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintain clean and organised workspaces across the production floor
- Assist teams across departments where production demand requires
What we’re looking for in a General Operative
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or factory environments
