We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join a well-established food manufacturing operation. What you’ll be doing as Production Supervisor:
- Supervising production teams to meet output and efficiency targets
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Managing workflow and supporting shift performance
- Coaching and supporting team members to improve performance
- Monitoring attendance, performance, and behaviour on shift
- Communicating effectively with management and other departments

Shift Patterns - PM Shift:
- Tuesday to Friday: 15:00 – 22:30
- Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
