In the first year you will complete a core skills and knowledge training programme at NC Group’s Training Academy, covering essential mechanical, electrical, and engineering fundamentals. Years 2–4, you will be based at Tbox, gaining hands‑on experience while undertaking day release to develop your engineering knowledge.

Tbox Limited is a UK‑based technology developer and manufacturer specialising in RFID‑enabled inventory management systems, automated industrial vending solutions, RFID kiosks, RFID portal systems, access‑controlled locker systems, and integrated industrial automation technologies. Our systems are deployed primarily within high‑volume manufacturing and engineering environments, including automotive and industrial sectors, where reliability, accountability, traceability and uptime are critical.

As the business continues to grow, we are seeking to work with a suitable training provider to develop an apprentice pathway focused around the practical skills, engineering competencies and technical understanding required to support the manufacture, assembly, installation, servicing, maintenance and ongoing support of our systems.
