Leading the day-to-day management of the Business & Leisure Sales team, you will position Titanic Belfast as a world leading visitor attraction and venue to clients in domestic, national and international markets. Working with the Head of Sales & Business Opportunities, you and your team will build and nurture key relationships with business and leisure clients to support the sustainable growth of the business and identify new commercial opportunities that support the strategic objectives of the organisation.
Responsible for guiding and motivating the sales driven team to achieve visitor numbers, revenue targets and KPIs, you will be results focused and thrive in a busy, fast paced environment. As part of the middle management team, you will work collaboratively across the business to ensure a seamless experience for leisure and business guests from sales enquiry and site visits.
Working closely with tourism agencies and industry partners both locally and in national and international markets, you will keep abreast of trends and insights to identify future opportunities.
