The Groups Administrator is a key role within the Visitor Attraction at Titanic Belfast. Working within the larger ticketing team, this role is to assist the Groups Co-Ordinator in managing the booking function for all our Education Group Bookings at Titanic Belfast, as well as supporting the delivery of the Education programme and providing additional support for all Group Bookings. The successful candidate will maintain excellent relationships with our education clients and set the tone for 5-star service from the first point of contact through to their arrival.
