Top global hedge fund is seeking a sophisticated and educated Executive Assistant with 8+ years' experience out of a hedge fund or asset management firm to support an absolutely sensational Sr. Executive in their London office.
Heavy gatekeeping. Coordinate meetings, events, drive projects, create presentations and reports, work with travel department in organizing international travel, manage files, retrieve calls, liaise with executives and act as true extension to executive.
Must possess a glass half full mentality, and a pro-active demeanor to keep executive in the know and on point. Prior experience working for a C-Level executive at a global investment firm required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, CRM, Salesforce.
Bachelor’s degree required with exceptional references.
Base salary up to 150 GBP plus generous bonus and sensational benefits package.
