Junior Engineering Project Manager – Bespoke Engineering & Automation Systems Location: Barlborough, Derbyshire Salary: Up to £50,000, depending on experience Contract: Full-time, permanent Working pattern: Primarily site-based, with limited home working by agreement.
The role TBG Solutions designs and manufactures bespoke test, measurement and automation systems for customers operating primarily in the aerospace and defence sectors. We are looking for a Junior Engineering Project Manager to support customer projects from initial requirements through design, manufacture, integration, test and final acceptance. This is an engineering and manufacturing project-delivery role.

You will be comfortable working close to the engineering and manufacturing process rather than managing projects solely through reports and meetings. You will take ownership of problems, make informed decisions and maintain focus on delivering safe, compliant and high-quality equipment on time and within budget.
