We’re TBG Solutions, and we operate nationally, providing test, measurement and control services. We work with some of the most demanding industries in the world, including automation, aerospace, medical and defence, helping our customers understand their requirements and engineer robust solutions that combine hardware and software. At TBG, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and develop your knowledge across the complete systems engineering lifecycle. From understanding customer requirements and developing software through to testing, integration and commissioning, you’ll gain valuable practical experience across a wide range of technologies and applications.
The opportunity:
As a Graduate Systems Engineer, you will support the design, development, testing and commissioning of bespoke engineering solutions. You’ll work as part of a multi‑skilled engineering team, learning how to turn customer requirements into practical, reliable solutions. A key part of the role will involve developing software using National Instruments LabVIEW, alongside interfacing with commercial off‑the‑shelf (COTS) instrumentation, custom‑designed hardware and other software technologies. You don’t need to be an expert when you join us. What matters is that you have a strong engineering foundation, a willingness to learn and the enthusiasm to develop your career. With support and mentoring from experienced members of the TBG team, you’ll progressively take on greater responsibility as your skills and confidence develop.
