The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 £ per year.

Responsible for the sales of TBEA Solar Inverter and Power Station Solutions (both central and string inverter), BESS solution, Statcom, Micro-grid, SCADA and TB-eCloud services in utility scale solar projects.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, organise and coordinate company resources to fully understand customers' requirements, help customers optimise the design and improve LOCE.

Conduct timely market investigations and report to the company, providing suggestions on the company’s market development and approach strategy to key accounts.

Help optimise the company's sales, technical support, delivery and service procedures to improve customer satisfaction and secure stable, long-term customer support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, electronics, electrical engineering or renewables, with a minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience in utility scale solar projects, having strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Excellent teamwork player and always target-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to listen to customers’ requests carefully with patience, and possess strong coordination ability to lead the team to meet customer requirements.
  • Very good understanding of local renewable policies.
  • Strong sense of risk control in daily operations.
  • Experience in solar inverter, solar module sales and project development is preferred.
