The Role
Working closely with our Merchandiser, Buyers and Designers, you’ll help manage products from initial range planning through to end-of-season trading.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys analysing product performance, managing stock and working collaboratively across multiple categories.
It would suit an experienced Assistant Merchandiser ready to take the next step or a Junior Merchandiser looking to broaden their experience within a growing international brand.

- Monitor sales, stock levels, availability, sell-through and weeks of cover.
- Make replenishment and stock-allocation recommendations to maximise sales while managing stock risk.
- Monitor intake and deliveries, identifying delays or changes that could affect product availability.
- Support the allocation and movement of stock across UK, US and international markets.
- Assist with pricing and margin analysis to support profitable decision-making.
- Review line-level performance and recommend appropriate trading actions.
- Support markdown and end-of-season planning to improve sell-through and reduce terminal stock.
- Work closely with Buying and Design to support seasonal range planning, range architecture and buy recommendations.
- Maintain accurate product, pricing, purchase order and stock information across relevant systems and trackers.
- Prepare seasonal and weekly trading reports for the Product team and senior leadership.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Finance, B2B, Marketing and Operations.
- Take ownership of agreed areas of responsibility, meeting deadlines and escalating risks or inaccuracies promptly.
- Recommend improvements to merchandising reports and processes to increase accuracy, efficiency and profitability.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales and stock data and recommend actions.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and large datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate information.
- An understanding of key merchandising measures, including sales, margin, sell-through, stock cover, intake and stock turn.

- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of the retail market.
- A proactive and accountable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Confidence working collaboratively across different teams and departments.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
