We’re looking for a talented and highly creative Graphic Designer to join our growing Brand Team. Reporting to our Head of Brand, you’ll play a key role in shaping and elevating the visual identity of TBCo across every customer touchpoint.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong eye for design, a passion for aesthetics, and the ability to create engaging, on-brand creative across digital. You'll translate creative into digital assets, email newsletter designs, ad graphics & establish a brand consistent visual identity.

The Role

As Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for bringing the TBCo brand to life through beautiful, thoughtful and commercially effective design. Your work will include:

  • Designing high performing and visually engaging email newsletter designs
  • Creating digital assets for paid social ads, display ads and other marketing campaigns
  • Designing and evolving our website creative, including homepage assets, landing page graphics and promotional graphics
  • Exploring and utilising AI tools to support concepting, prompt-led asset creation, iteration and efficiency across digital design workflows
  • Designing catalogues, lookbooks, brochures and other printed brand materials
  • Creating elevated, design-led packaging and unboxing experiences
  • Creating retail and event signage, POS and experiential brand moments
  • Ensuring consistency and excellence across all TBCo brand touchpoints
  • Collaborating closely with the Brand, Marketing, E-commerce and Product teams to deliver on brand creative

Who You Are

You are highly creative, organised and proactive, with a strong understanding of branding, marketing and commercial design. You will have:

  • Proven experience in a graphic design role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, interiors or ecommerce
  • A strong portfolio showcasing the above
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.)
  • Experience designing for email platforms, websites and digital marketing channels
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
  • An interest in emerging tools and technologies, with a willingness to experiment with AI to enhance creative output

Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid 3 days per week in our studio)
Hours: Negotiable, 30-37.5 hours per week
